Lil' Dragons for ages 4-6
Our Little Dragons program focuses specifically on developing eight different life skills. Skills that will help them excel in our Martial Arts classes, in the classroom at school, and at other sports.

Children's Taekwondo ages 7-11
This is a specially designed Martial Arts program geared toward children age’s seven through eleven. Students learn important life skills through the ancient art of Taekwondo. Our unique method of teaching enhances fitness, self-control, discipline, and self-esteem. Students learn exciting kicks and strikes, as well as important means of self-defense. Beginner classes will not only teach your children the basic skills of Taekwondo, but will benefit them in many other ways, such as:
Teens' Martial Arts for Ages 12-16
An action-packed class designed specifically for students age twelve to sixteen. This class incorporates the most exciting and physically challenging elements of the Martial Arts -- a combination of dynamic kicks and practical self-defense. Our classes are specifically designed to instill confidence as the student develops and advances in their training. It addresses the challenges that teens are experiencing today and provides a disciplined atmosphere with positive role models for students.
Adults' Martial Arts for Ages 17+
Our adult classes focus on three key aspects of Taekwondo: the traditional artistic, fitness, and practical self-defense
Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with body weight strength exercises. Burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
What Is It?
An experienced instructor leads the kickboxing class by demonstrating combinations of punches, kicks, and knee strikes. Bag and pad work are used to reinforce technique. Classes incorporate a warmup and cooldown of both dynamic and static stretching. Sets of full body calisthenics are performed between rounds. Cardio kickboxing is a non-contact workout. All punches and kicks are thrown on bags or onto pads. It’s a high-energy workout that can burn between 350 and 450 calories an hour. Cardio conditioning creates a daily caloric deficit, allowing for fat loss.
Who Should Do It?
You don’t need any martial arts or boxing experience to take a cardio kickboxing class. Everyone is welcome.
